that many problems by just looking at it briefly, it's no chance that the amount of problems are gonna be less later on.
You are only going to discover more and more problems.
Another thing to be careful about is the cylinderheadgasket on those 2.1L non turbo engines. If headgasket haven't been done yet it's way overdue and the engine block could be corroded almost beyond repairable stage.
