I just went thru battery problems and i think i had a post with an almost identical title. I'll give my solution (what worked for me) below, but if you click on the link below you'll see my prior thread regarding battery woes which had a lot of suggestions.
Does the warning light in the dash come on when you switch the car to the "on" position? I recently learned that this bulb is required to complete the circuit to have the alternator recharge the battery. Start the car a few times without this light illuminated and presto... dead battery! Mine was loose, sometimes illuminate, sometimes not, depending how many bumps in the road i hit. I've "fixed" it for now my removing the speaker grill on the left side of the dash and wiggling the bulb a little to make sure it's securely in its socket/holder. I now check for this light EVERY time i start the car.
Another common problem is the alternator ground wire coming undone from the alternator... especially check if you've recently done an oil change, as apparently it's common to accidentally knock this wire off when changing the filter.
Do a search for my other post (about 1 week ago) for more ideas/suggestions, and be sure to report back when u figure it out.
Good luck.
