while I don't have a diagram in front of me and am not 100% sure about year to year variation on grommets vs tee connectors, here's the gist of it.
As stated earlier distributor hose goes to nipple on intake in front of throttle plate. The rest hook up behind the throttle. Small vac hose from pcv connector on valve cover goes via check valve to front grommet connector or to a tee hook up. Hose from FPR goes to the front grommet connector. Hoses to dash gauge and across to vacuum resevoir(under P/S tank) go to rear grommet or to a tee hook up. The hose to the fuel vapor cannister goes to the front grommet.
Recognize that vacuum and pressure equalizes so it doesn't matter which connectors you hook up the hoses to, so long as the dist adv/ret hose is ahead of the throttle and the rest are behind.
