Stick a paper towel up under the dash (by the foam area) and then take a bucket of water and pour in a specific area on the outside of the windshield where you think the leak might be, wait an hour or so, then check the paper towel to see if it's wet. Repeat the process with other areas including the door weatherstripping, where the hood meets the windshield, etc.
This may be time consuming but at least it's a start if you'd like to try to do it yourself. I think i'd sooner hit a glass/windshield place sooner than i'd go to the dealership (at the very least to talk to them and get suggestions, also if they think they can find and fix the problem, will they guarantee the work?)
