dude u already have replaced tons of stuff that doesnt even remotely fit your problems.. constant velocity joins clack when under low speed hard locks.. they dont vibrate.. not without plenty of clacking first.. iffy tyres well they dont just get iffy under acceleration.. wheel bearings whine.. and so on..

vibration/thumping under load is drive-train related.. it should be the inner end that does it.. u seem to have replaced the likely possibilities.. when under load the driveshafts try and spin out of round or try and straighten up.. this is the thumping the shaft trying to straighten up.. i havnt taken apart a saab inner dive assembly but i know the basic principles..

two kinds of vibration can occur.. a higher frequency one.. out of balance or bent shafts can cause this.. it should get worse the higher the road speed gets.. plus slop where the driveshaft is supported at the tranny end..

the other kind of vibration is the lower frequency thumping kind.. this has one main cause.. the shaft trying to straighten up.. this has only one real cause.. the roller bearings in the tripod thingy seizing up or at least trying to.. it will also get worse under load..

so u have a problem.. u have replaced lots of things.. some sensibly some not.. u still have the same problem.. he he

throwing more random ideas in the pot aint gonna help.. the problem needs pinning down.. if its low frequency vibration.. i say the inner end of the driveshafts irrespective of what u have had done to them.. if its higher up its the shafts themselves or at least one of them.. back to the rolling road.. he he

when u find out tell us what it was..
