Interesting Subwoofer placement Idea

I am planning on upgrading my 86' SPG audio system a little bit and I am thinking of getting a smaller size 6" Bazooka Tube Subwoofer with a built in Amp and placing it so that the opening is pointed toward the front of the car from the trunk. The front of the tube will be going through a hole that I would cut in the section of the back Seat where the arm rest comes down. I thought it was an ingenious idea =o). Anybody know anything about this or have any thoughts? I would love to hear any thoughts, also, I know almost nothing about car audio, anyone know if theres a good place to find out about wiring a simple 150 watt subwoofer with built in Amp into an audio system, My deck is a rather old Blaupunkt cd player 20x4 output and all stock speakers. Anyone with any info would be wonderful!
THANKS!
Luke
