Hey Chrystobal,
I would hold off on putting in a new turbo yet, there are many things that can cause a turbo to run on base boost. My old 9000T was stuck on base boost for about a year till I fixed the problem. Check things like APC box, knock sensor, make your TPS is properly aligned, pressure transducer is working . . . the list goes on. Check out the facts section RS posted.
