No1: Fairly big job since one or more of the 4 long exhaust studs are broken off. It is possible to remove the manifold with engine in car but you need to loosen the R motormount and remove the rear upper long exhaust stud with manifold in place, to be able to sneak the manifold out.
The big problem comes if you need to drill one of the rear studs out of cylinder head.
I install the short stud instead of the 4 long ones nowadays.
No2: Most likely the fanswitch in Left upper corner of radiator have given up or start to go bad. Replace thermostat together with that fanswitch for precaution. Even a fantime relay on the left inner fender wall could be the culprit for a non running cooling fan.
No3: start with cleaning out the throttle body and idle motor with carbcleaner. Get the Bentley manual and learn how to set idle and throttle switch, or search on this board for answers. Plenty is written about already.
