Det,
The only time I have ever had both lights stay on is when it was super hot out and the pump may have been experiencing overheating. After cooling down, like your situation, the problem went away. The abs unit will store codes and you may want the dealer to pull the codes. You may have a bad/dirty wheel sensor. You mentioned you replaced your rear calipers and just wondering if you had a chance to look/clean the sensors? I would suggest you have the codes pulled-this will at least give you an idea of where the root of the problem is. Just for the record, I am no ABS expert and hopefully others can shed more light on your situation. I just know that ABS can get very expensive and shouldn't be avoided.
