I am not an audiophile by any stretch of the imagination. I would love to have a kick-ass system in my 87 900T but can't afford it so I jus replaced the existing blown stock 4" in the dash and the existing blown 4"x10" in the rear with Pioneers. I got a cheap 4x20w CD deck for the dash and my entire cost with shipping was under $200 for everything.
All I really wanted was some music to pass the time (and drown out some of the rattles and road noise :] ) so I'm happy with what I've got. The 4x10's or the 4" dash speakers really do not handle bass well at all but if you don't need loud music and aren't too picky, they get the job done.
