Windshield washer no go...how to fix?

My windshield washer seems to have lost "power". It will squirt one squirt for a few seconds when I first start the car after it sits, then it dies out to nothing. Further attempts just get a trickle out of the jets. The hoses appear to be connected, resevoir is full.
Does this run off vaccuum pressure or does it have to do with the wiper motor assembly? The wiper action is fine. By the way this car has headlight wipers, if that matters...
Thanks,
Chad92900T
