Head Gasket now changed! Still leaking oil...!

Thank you for all of your help and assistance. The gasket on my 1982 900 is now changed.
Saab is now running, but still leaking oil from the (polished) Rocker Cover. I changed the seal to a brand new one, the rocker cover is bolted down with the right torque. I used a lot Loctite 518 to the seal. The head itself was absolutly oilfree. It was at the time of been assembeld a brand new cylinder head. Never been used before.
Got today a big fine for oil polluting, more than EUR 400.00 on my private driveway. The beloved neighbour... (a retiered teacher with plenty of free time).
Don't know what to do, can't use the Saab anymore BEFORE the leakage isn't solved.
Might the oil in the engine faulty? I'm using the 10W40 from Castrol, non synthetic.
Oil consumption is heavy, around 4 litre for the trip to Amsterdam. (1,100 kms) But no 'blueing' at the exhaust, the spark plugs are fine and without oil deposits.
So I suppose I lost all the oil while driving.
Still the cold start problems are there. Car starts only while pressing the accelerator down to the floor. Engine fires up and stalls after about 5 seconds. Need to restart the engine.
Engine will idle fine at 1,200rpm but I have problems driving the car while cold. As automatic this is nervous. Need always to play with the accelerator in order not to stall the engine.
After the Saab is at normal working temprature all seems fine and no problems at all.
Drive me crazy the Saab...
