AMM, some others

I suspect that either you have a hidden turbo/intake plumbing leak where the bottom side of a hoseclamp has slipped off or your AMM has given up the ghost. Double check plumbing and/or swap in a known good AMM to verify. Make sure connector to AMM is on solidly, too.
Also check that the Hall effect connector is secure on the side of the distributor.
To check the fpr, pull the hose off the intake and see if there is any gas leaking and whether the hose will hold a vacuum when you suck on it(that's why you check for gas leak first).
