If the cloth is clean and you just want it put back in place, there's a quick way and a not so quick way. The quickest way would be to find an entrance point (anywhere there's a hole, pre-cut or otherwise) into the cavity and spray a layer of adhesive, covering as wide an area as necessary or where it would likely do the most good. Then wait a spell for the adhesive to become tacky and push the cloth back in place, starting in the middle and working toward the sides. The other way is to remove the headliner shell from the car (through the rear trunk, front seat backs lowered, rear seat back rest pushed forward), and partially remove the headliner cloth for optimum access to reapply adhesive. A combination of staples and adhesive keep the cloth edges secure. By removing the staples and using a solvent (lacquer thinner, perhaps even lighter fluid) along the edges, you'll be able to pull the cloth free.
