relays above LH unit, even with ignition off?
And that you have battery power at pin 86 on injector relay with ignition off?
Have you checked with a sensitive test light to see if the LH unit delivers a ground signal from pin 20 and 21 on LH unit to pin 85 on fuelpump and injector relays when you crank the car over. Place the testlight between battery positive and pin 21 on LH unit and crank the engine. The test light should light up.
It might be that you have a bad LH unit, I have replaced a couple of those 2.4.2 units.
