engine finally out! a few questions remain

Well the engine is finally out! I was thrilled to see it lifting out of the well without damaging anything on the way up. Unfortunately the clutch was too tired to compress the pressure plate enough to get the spacer ring in. I guess I'll have to use the special saab tool to compress the pressure plate? Where would I find this? I checked a few of the site sponsors and noone seemed to have it. If there's an easier way to get the spacer ring in I'd love to know about it!
I guess I'm going to have to replace the clutch hydraulic cylinders out of principle. That slave really didn't hold much pressure. I'm guessing Saab OEM is the way to go here?
Also looks like I'll have to replace the hydraulic motor mounts. Though not torn they do have 100k miles on them. Easier now that ever in the future! Is OEM the suggestion for replacement or are the aftermarket ones sold (by most of the site sponsors) acceptable (looking for people's past experience)
I plan to replace alternator bushings, ball joints, tie rod ends, maybe inner drivers, and engine oil seals (crankshaft, flywheel, oil pump o-ring, oil filter housing, valve cover gasket)... WHAT ELSE WOULD A RESPONSIBLE PERSON REPLACE?
