I would replace the O2 sensor (using a generic O2 sensor)- that and the lower mounts are no-brainers. I have gotten 2.5 yrs (45K) out of aftermarket mounts from Sobstory and they still look fine.
What is the mileage?! If more than 150K, I would replace the water pump. Access is much better now! Hepu is the part manufacturer to use.
Ckeck the condition of the harmonic balancer. If you see dryrot/cracking, replace the crank pulley when you replace the oil seal.
I would forget about the tierod ends and balljoints for now, unless you have time on your hands. Those are easy to do engine-in-place.
