modification to make both cooling fans run. C-- replace the overpressure valve and rechage the system. A/C high side pressures went way to high w/ only 1 cooling fan, and r-134 tends to run at higher presures anyway. In the future if you want to run your cooling fans w/ the a/c switch unplug the compessor so that you don't have the extra heat load of the a/c.
