subjective depending on your build i guess...
maybe SNUG would be a better word. by saying arm tight i'm implying not using a snipe to reef on it, or a long wrench !!!
i'm always jumpy about doing spark plugs, they don't seem to be too well made (all that surface bakelight or whatever it is), so just exercise caution and hope for the best. always good to recheck a few hundred miles after installing?
