The sunroof motor is the back of spare tire compartment, under the plywood cover. You'll see 2 10-mm bolt heads at the back. It's under there.
If you're lucky, your tool kit will have a little crank that goes on the shaft of the motor.
If the motor starts when you click on the sunroof motor switch, then it's pretty likely that the 3 or 4 screws that hold the cover onto the sunroof motor gearbox have worked themselves out and the parts are lying on the bottom of the compartment. Look around down there.
