1 - Upper control arm bushings, harmonic balancer & oil pump O-ring.
2 - Just the throttle body - it has the threaded fittings for the dashpot. IIRC, there's an O-ring between the TB and the manifold.
3 - None that I can think of, unless you want to be able to read codes. You can get chips for the 2.2.
4 - Nothing that I can think of
5 - The '87 may have a thermoswitch on the block near the A/C bracket - jumper the two connectors together. Other than that, just don't drop anything too far or too fast :-)
Sounds like a good project.
If you want to be adventurous, swap the brake calipers, front steering knuckles, and parking brake over to the '87. You'll want to get a rear axle from an '88 or '89 because they have the double circuit for the rear brakes instead of the single circuit that I think the '90 and later have.
