I had the same on my 1986 SPG - 2x Nox limit on Ga dyno test.
Unplug the hose to your windshield nozels.
Plug it into one of the blank holes in the intake (the one after the throttle body on top is good).
Disconnect the brake switch that tells the APC to go back to base boost (if you already haven't)
Go find a big hill. Get it realy, really hot.
Then go up the hill, full boost, give a couple of squirts w/ the windshield spray (yeah the wipers will be annoying).
Watch the black crap come out the back - all the carbon in the intake etc.
Keep repeating until you have gone through at least 1/2 your fluid res.
If the car starts to stumble - squirt a bit less.
I gould do squirt - one - two - stop count to 5 do it again.
Cut my NOx from 2400++ to 1100 (still high but passable) in 10-15 min.
Remember to put the windshield washer hose back.
You just steam cleaned the inside of the engine.
Thanks David and Mike White fir this one.
