Replace the springs with ones of your choice.
You can also get air lift bags that go inside the rear coils.
As for increasing spring rate changing understeer to oversteer, fageddaboudit. ain't gonna happen...I've put the spring bags in my old 84 and racked the bag up to about 100psi with a load in the car and on the roof....car did not behave crazy or oversteer. I've even tried 25-50 psi in the bags with only me in the car...car did not oversteer. Car originally came with only front roll bar and I had replaced both front and rears with aftermarket bars that had already pretty much reduced the terminal understeer to a neutral to understeer situation before I put the bags in the stock rear coils.
Unless you really go crazy on the rear swaybar (like put a big on on with no front swaybar) you won't be anywhere near oversteer.
