Mitja,
The only thing people havn't mentioned is the clutch input shaft. You'll need to remove the small cover on the front of the transmission and unscrew the little plastic cross. Then screw a bolt (form the pressure plate is the correct size) into where the cross was attached. You can then us a large wrench to pry the output shaft out of the clutch area. Note that without doing this you will not ba able to separate the engine and transmission.
The other thing to note is that when you remove the engine from the transmission the oil pump pick-up tube will project 6-8 inches below the bottom gasket surface of the engine. This makes storing the engine for a day or two a little harder.
