Did you buy a new aperture disc with the new crank pulley or did you reuse the one from the old pulley?
If you bought a new disc, do you recall if it was two or three slots in it?
The 9000 uses a similar disc that also fits on the 900 pulley, BUT it has three slots instead of two for the DI ignition system.
If you have been sent the wrong aperture disc it can create symptoms like this.
It is also a chance that the old pulley did some damage to the CKP sensor or wiring?
