Jumper the fuel pump again, along with the pump you should hear fuel flowing thru the fuel rail. The fuel filter is underneath the car, roughly under the right-rear seat.
Your ignition control module is the big black box in the left-front fender. As I recall it had a yellow/orange 'bosch' sticker on it, and a pretty big electrical connector. The ignition amplifier is mounted along with the coil on the right fender. I think this coil/amp is '89 non-turbo only.
Here's a long shot... Which hose did you replace? Did you have to take off the alternator to get at it? The crank sensor (for the ignition) is located under the crank pulley, with a wire leading over to near the throttle body. If you pinch that wire under the alternator bracket, your ignition won't get any signal...
Or maybe that sensor or wire had some cracking; and the spilled coolant gave you a short?
