It's probably only the really worn (old) keys and cylinders that can be used to open other cars. Are you worried about a thief who has an old saab key getting into your car, or just a regular thief?
Disabling the central locking on the trunk is a good idea. You might also think about hiding and/or camoflaging any amps or subs in your trunk. You can mount an amp to the underside of the spare tire trap door in the trunk. You can also use a lot of screws to attach a subwoofer to the wooden panel lining the trunk. That way a thief would need an hour with a crowbar to rip it out. If it's legal in your state you might also tint your windows so it's harder to see what's in your car (headunit).
