have done that would damage the wheel hub to the point where the wheel does not fit again?
Did he also loosen the 32mm big nut in the very center of the wheel hub?
What kind of tool did he use to pull the rotor with?
After that the 2 19mm bolts for brake caliper is removed, it is only those two tiny bolts left (one Torx 40 and one 10mm wheel centering bolt) that holds the rotor in place toward the wheel hub.
If he actually loosened the big center nut and used one of these threefinger pullers that is attached using the wheel lug bolts, he pulled the wheel bearing apart and you need to replace the wheel bearing.
You will have to use a dolly or tow truck to get it to a Saab shop.
