Hello,
I replaced almost every single sensor in my SPG that I have read about here on TSN to correct my hunting idle. It's not so bad, but definatly noticeable. At idle, when sitting in neutral, at a redlight or idleing in my driveway, clutch disengaged (or engaged for that matter) it scales up from 1100 RPMs to 800ish RPMs, and sometimes almost stalls out when I apply the brakes really hard at a stop. If I watch the idle, and time it so I hit the brakes hard as the idle is scaling down towards the 800ish RPM range, it seems to barely stay running, almost stalls. The oil light will also flicker occasionally at idle when the idle drops to low due to the hunting.
I've been trying for over a year and a half to solve this problem.
Here is what I have replaced since then to correct this problem with no luck:
Replaced ECU with PN: 0 280 000 948 from 1993 900T (125k)
New NTC Sensor (8/25/03 – 126k)
New Walbro Fuel Pump PN: 8980039a (8/25/03 – 126k)
New Fuel Pump External Check Valve (8/25/03 – 126k)
Replaced AIC Valve with unit from 1992 900T (8/25/03 – 126k)
Replaced Throttle Position Sensor with unit from 1992 900T (8/25/03 – 126k)
Replaced Engine Block with unit from 900T Automatic (12/15/03 – 128k)
New Timing Chain & Tensioner (12/15/03 – 128k)
New Headgasket & All Other Seals/Gaskets (12/15/03 – 128k)
New Fuel Filter (12/18/03 – 128k)
New Distributor Rotor (12/18/03 – 128k)
New Distributor Cap (12/18/03 – 128k)
New Oil Pressure Sender (12/19/03 – 128k)
New Air Mass Meter (3/20/04 – 128k)
New Voltage Regulator Brush Pack (6/2/04 – 129k)
SAAB 9000 - 115amp Alternator (6/2/04 - 129k)
Please let me know if I am overlooking something. I have searched these boards until I can search no more. Every post I find tells me to replace something I have already replaced.
Thanks in advance!

PS- it's not a vacuum leak. I've spent hours pinching hoses and assuring that there is not a single leak. all vacuum lines are silicone, all turbo/intercooler boots are silicone with constant torque stainless T-bolt clamps.
