for vacuum leaks. pinching hoses will not necessarily find it. silicone hoses do not form pinholes, they crack and split. if you haven't taken a hand pump and made sure that everything which has a hose off the intake manifold can hold pressure and vacuum, then you should. your series of replacements is exactly why many repair shop bills cost so much; components are replaced instead of diagnosed. i know it's a pain, but i learned the same way. i kept thinking things were a quick fix instead of determining the actual cause. a few hundred $'s later i found something simple. but, if you have already done this, then ignore.
also, i believe the ecu needs to be reset once it gets out of whack. i could be wrong but when i had vacuum leak issues, the idle would not level out when the leak was fixed. it needed to be turned off and then back on. so try pulling one vacuum line off the intake manifold and plug the 't'. then start the car. do that with each one. also, i found a cracked boot right at the elcd canister so it was pulling in air from there and causing a high idle.
hope this helps.
