If you have spark, then your hall-sensor & it's wire HAS to be OK. I suppose you have spark with both EZK boxes?
You checked continuity on both sides of the injectors? One side gets constant 12v from the main relay, the other side goes to the ECU. The ECU closes that side to ground when it wants to fire the injectors. How did you determine you don't have injector impulse?
At this point I'll assume you know how to read ECU fault codes with the check-engine light...
You know how it's normal to get 12231 (no ignition signal) as the first code when the engine's not running?? Try this...
Crank the starter for 5 seconds or so. Watch the tach - does it bounce at all?? When you release the key, DON'T turn it off, just release it to the 'run' position.
Now close your jumper wire to read fault codes. If you STILL get 12231 then your ECU isn't getting an ignition signal. Then it won't keep the fuel pump running, & it won't fire the injectors.
Have someone crank the starter while you listen outside. The location of the buzzing should tell you fuel pump vs. ABS pump.
You can also go to the LH 2.4 FAQ (link below), all the way to the bottom, for how to use your code-checking jumper wire to exercise the pump & injectors.
