A successful hot wire check isn't any guarantee that the AMM is good. It just says that the wire is intact and that the burn-off circuit works.
If you're lucky, you can find a decent used AMM at a pick-n-pull. Make sure that the numbers melted into the top of the unit end in 013. (I lucked out and got one that still had the rebuilder's paper tag on it.)
Otherwise, you can get rebuilt AMMs at some of the site sponsors like Sobstory or eEuroparts, etc. They're in the $140 range.
