Odd Behavior from my SPG

I am at my witts end w/ this one. I purchased a '90 SPG back in Dec & have finally gotten the work it needed done (tranny, rack, head gasket, ect) & have it back on the road. Following the discovery of the head gasket letting go it has started to have random episodes while driving where it feels like it is missing. It does this at steady Hwy speed most noticably when cresting hills & it will do it while driving in town. I have done some mods such as a G9 full 3" exh, APC, 24lb Inj, Nology wires w/ Beru plugs & switched to an '89 ECU. I have also replaced both the chasis ground & the small ground on the intake manifold as well as relocate the battery to the trunk. I have pulled the EGR system, airbag & cruise. So far I have put everything back to stock except for the coil, plus & wires & this problem still exist. I am wondering if it could be in the fuel system. In my 15 years of owning Saabs I have never had a car so hard to fill up w/ gas or have such a problem. Any help would be greatly appreicated.
