I think such a tool was mentioned in the handbook for setting the caliper piston,something to do with setting the handbrake? So you mean I should use the tool you describe to turn the "caliper piston" around till I am able to push it back in to the caliper housing? Do you see any problem with taking the caliper off the car,holding itThe caliper itself not the piston) in a vice,and then using the tool to rotate the caliper piston? I knew there might be a problem because the pison woudnt go back in easily. Thanx for the input.
