Jeff,
suprising-when I redid my trans, I failed to tighten those two gounding bolts (near the front on the fuel rail) and my car wouldn't even start. Maybe due to the thickness of the powdercoat, some would ground and some wouldn't, but I am just guessing. That must of been a relief for you to solve that problem.
