Babette's hubby here...got detailed inspection done on our newly acquired 94 900 turbo conv...would appreciate recommendations on what work needs to be done ASAP, in a year, or later...needs to pass MA safety/smog inspection in next week...
Exhaust manifold gasket
Oil pump o-ring
Valve cover gasket
Power steering feed hose
Oil pressure switch
Adjust belts
Adjust shifter (long neutral distance btw park and D1)
Brake pulsation
Recharge A/C
Thermostat
None of these things cause any symptoms that we observe. No puddles of oil on ground. Brakes feel strong and solid to us. Steering not loose. All fluid reservoir levels full and constant. Inspection done at The Doctor in Acton, MA -- we will get second inspection to see if same list comes up.
