on a couple of the minor things, there is a jaguar gear you can get for the sunroof motor, try doing a search on old posts. it also happens that the motor gear cover works loose and gear is ok but not engaging? have you checked that?
there are also a few posts on repairing the heated seats, and a modification to make the wires in the seats themselves last longer for when you want to do that. again search the old posts, i dont have any of them linked.
there are a lot of hoses that go into the air distribution switch, you may have leaks in those, or your switch itself may be bad, you would need to do a little detective work on that. i believe all of that stuff is behind dash too, so prolly not a quick job but not sure.
on the overheating/hot running, you may want to check/replace your t/stat and hoses, as well s do flush of system, there are posts on using the treatments for that as well. another source would be to check the ground on the back of the temp gauge and make sure it's tight, although that symptom is usually a jumpy gauge.
junkyards/parts cars/classifieds/ebay for the bad switches. new light bulbs for the dash, be careful removing the old ones as the plastic can be brittle. just a few thoughts. mark :-)
