So, after 8 long months of brainstorming and searching I have managed to get a c900 again! Drove it on a trailer from 200+ miles distant Vienna, Austria. It is a 1985 (yes, I know, the wiring) 900T with full option package (is it Special Appointments Group?) - Bucket burgundy leather seats, cruise control, A/C, electric sunroof, mirrors, windows. The K-jet lines are cracked so I have driven her for only a couple of miles, but the tranny has got to be on of the quietest 900s I have ever driven! Turbo does not smoke, gets to redline...no rust in the front axle passages & fenders, some rust in the back sill. It could have only 130k miles as the owner states!
Now, when she is at home, is probably one of three most equipped 900s in Slovenia! Hold fingers for me so I can register her, it is VERY complicated, since one cannot officially register foreign cars made before 1997. I AM BACK IN BUSINESS GUYS AND GIRLS!!!
