1st update….. well after swapping and checking Obvious things. I look over and notice that the wire harness is sitting on and rubbing on the A/C belt. The belt cut through the harness (tape) and 4 wires. It rubbed the insulation off and melted two wires together. This is the large harness that feeds the injectors etc.. the wires color code is white/green, red/ green, black thick, red thick. Also, by jumping #2 and #5 terminal from the fuel relays, I was able to get the engine to start and run. It idles, and revs. But is down on power but can’t prove because I haven’t driven it. Also, the tach, temp and fuel gauge still do not work. the alt light will come on at a higher rev and stay on. Engine will not start if #2 and #5 terminal on fuel relay are not jumped. So, it seems that I shorted something real good, or damaged (what)? So the 3500 rpm thing miss has been explained and the low power miss and eventually die is also explained. Now the question is what is broken and why doesn’t the tach (dash) not work but the engine still fire up while jumped.?
