trying to sort out suspension gremlins (long)

So let me describe what I'm feeling/hearing. 85 900 turbo.
When accelerating hard, the front of the car rises a lot.
When going around corners the car will roll, then squat and then really sticks, before squatting though the car feels sloppy like 70s caddy
When traveling over uneven pavement where the wheel is moving up and down very quickly but say only an inch up and down I get this clacking from what seems to be the right side front and rear, almost like its the brake caliper flopping up and down on the front, but what on the rear?
The caddy like boat feeling has to go. The shocks seem good, but I do know at leat on ball joint on the drivers side needs replaced, so that means they all will. Was planning on new shocks (which ones?) new ball joints and new torque arm bushings, but after reading a post on this site I'm wondering about the panhard rod bushings.
