...get new and slightly longer stovebolts and replace nuts with locknuts. They are metric and you will need to use a 1/4 inch drive socket to remove/tighten the nuts as the nuts are in a counterbore. A 3/8" socket is too big to fit into the counterbore.
If you just retighten the 3 lobed nuts that are on it, it will most likely come loose again. I tried just tightening the old bolts and they stayed tight about four months and I had to do it again. This time I went to locknuts and I know it will stay. If you have to do this, removing the drivers seat makes it easier to do the job.
