phantom vaccum leak

I have checked and/or replaced everything I can think of relating to vacuum so I need to know what else to check. I can open my oil filter cap and nothing changes. FYI I used a Mighty Vac to check my vaccuum connections. Here's what I've checked so far. All the following is good.
Hooter valve vacuum line.
Small PVC line and check valve.
FPR vacuum line.
Vacuum line that runs to vac/boost guage and anything else on that line.
Vacuum line to vacuum cannister.
Vacuum advance.
Charcoal cannister removed during testing.
Grommets on valve cover, intake manifold, and turbo inlet pipe to PVC pipe replaced.
All bellows and clamps are new(ish) and have been tripple checked.
Brake booster line removed during testing.
APC solenoid disonnected and nipple capped during testing.
I will check the dipstick tube, but when I remove the cap and put my hand on the opening I can feel the air pulsing slightly in and out.
Valve cover gasket is fairly new and tight.
What have I missed?
