This Leather CPR stuff is supposed to be, hands down, the best. Check it out.

Due to an insurance claim, I have a pair of near mint 1985 tan leather seat skins. Allstate paid $2400 for the pair and were new in plastic when I got them about 5 years ago. Each component came from a different end of the earth via the GM at Saab Sports Car Center of Syracuse, NY. It is likely that I have the last OEM set of 1985 tan leather seat skins to be sold via SAAB. I can vouch that the leather is extrememly soft and smooth compared to later 900 cars like my 90 spg. There is defintely a color difference between 85 and 87 but not like you see whn you compare a faded 85 seat to afade 87 seat. It also seems like the earlier Bridge Of Weir leather was more supple than the later years but also more delicate.
