You have to remove the seat,remove or peel back the seat cover.You will be able to se the heater grid under a thin layer of material.Usually their is a dark spot where there is a break.Cut the thin material covering with a razor blade,find the broken wire and solder it together,put a piece of duct tape over the cut area.Most of the time the broken wire is in the seat
area but i have seen it in the backrest as well.Check for continuity before installing the seat covers and the seat.
