Hey all,
This morning I peeled off the inner CV boot... The one right behind the exhaust manifold - BONE DRY! I went to my independent and picked up some CV grease and packed it full and the vibration disappeared. I then took her up and down and up and down I-95 to make sure I wasn't dreaming and everything is cleared up - it is like people say, "like driving a new car."
Anyone in the Central Florida area looking for a great independent mechanic for Saab/BMW/VW/Volvo etc. go to Strictly Foreign in Melbourne - highly recommended.
Happy Driving! Thanks for the posts.
