I'm not sure whether they checked the air meter.
Maybe I should be more descript with the issues.
I turn on the car.
If i don't put my foot on the gas to rev it, it will stall. (Mind you I'm in neutral)
By foot on the gas, I mean pulsing the pedal to rev the engine between 2 and 3 krpm. I can't just let my foot down on the gas pedal, it takes it a little bit before it will respond properly.
I let the car warm up, and when I put the car in to 1st gear it doesn't respond to the gas well at all, i again have to pull it so the car responds. Once it does respond i put my foot down on the gas pedal and its working...then the car starts bucking like its being choked.
Then all of a sudden it responds perfectly and idles perfectly.
The shop I gave it to, took a few days to figure it out.
I was a little skeptical of their diagnosis, mainly because in my world, if a computer isn't working, nothing will work. But it could just be telling the engine one thing, instead of varying to surrounding conditions. I don't really know.
