More likely frozen fuel line. Throw couple cans of Heet or DryGas in tank. Once car thaws out and starts, Heet will circulate in fuel and mix with water in gas tank/fuel line and burn with gasoline.
continue to put a can øf Heet in gas tank with about every other tank of gas if temps are in the zero range. And only use a good grade of gasoline....some of the cutrates aren't so great.
