Patience has paid off! I've been wanting a Panel kit and three spoke wheels since the day I bought my 86Turbo from a Tow lot five plus years ago. Before buying this SPG I assured my wife it was to only be a parts car; and would be stripped and done with in two months. It has been sitting in the impound yard for two plus months, I've driven by to make sure it was still there at least once a week. I know nothing of its history of course. Tried to contact the previous owner before the sale and could not find a number to contact, name was publicly listed. Tomorrow I hope to try and start it. I'm a little apprensive because the computer is missing and I only have one Turbo computer and its in my daily driver 86. The only thing missing off the car is radio head unit, EQ is still in place. Shifter seems nice and tight, carpet will clean up and has no holes. The front grey leather seats look brand new, no sign of wear. The rear seat seam is popped at one seam, a little mild cracking and a tear at the top center where something hauled must of left its mark. Showing 137,000 miles, I believe its actual, judging from little interior wear. The odometer moved while loading and unloading. Lenses on the fog lights are broken, and now also the actual foglight is cracked, darn trailer rails! (loading) Two almost new Dunlop qalifier front tires, two badly worn no-names in the rear. Some rust on inside of drivers door. Lots of rust over passenger rear and front fender lips. Some extra screws attaching the panels which should be. Very repairable but wife says sacrifice. :-( Write more later, need to go to dinner at the inlaws just wanting to share my excitement. I'll be asking some electrical questions after dinner. Cheers!
