If the alternator is autozone tested good, then possibly the exciter circuit is not 'priming' the alternator, or there's a ground wire problem..the one that goes to the engine block could be fried internally or just plain broken through..give that a look and run a new one from the alt body to the bracket that holds the throttle cable..at the block. Look at the small exciter wire, on the D+ connection at the alternator. Make sure it's connected good and not fried.
Make sure the dash charge/battery bulb comes on when key is on, and goes off when engine is started. Also look at all the grounds around the battery, and that the belts aren't slipping.
Look at the relay, in the fusebox..'ignition relay' I think it's called. I'll look at mine and get the correct one. When you turn the key you'll hear it click when the door is open. Good luck dude
