I tried to upload the file so you could see it, but it exceeded the 1M limit, so I will quote the propaganda written for Nines in issue 218:
"The ignition distributor has been slightly revised as well, with the timing retarded an additional 2 degrees under boost conditions."
I have an adjustable timing light, but the only way I can figure out how to induce the retard would be to apply pressure to the diaphram while the engine is running and then watch the change in timing. I suppose if I had a gauge type pressure device, I could measure the PSI I am pushing to see how much retard there is for a given pressure. I guess that this would work at idle -- I don't have a way to load the turbo and watch the timing --- lost my surfboard technique long ago. In other words, I don't have a dyno.
I can't find any specs in the books on this, but I don't have the factory 93 manual.
